New Teaser Shows The Kardashians telling the crew members that ‘KUWTK’ has come to an end after airing for 20 seasons.
It was announced by The Kardashians and The Jenners last year in September that Keeping Up With The Kardashians would no longer air post 20 seasons. Fans will now get to witness how this family made that decision. A new teaser showed Khloe Kardashian saying she felt “exhausted” for sharing the news with her crew as they were her second family. Kris Jenner is shown second guessing the decision considering if they did the right thing by ending the show and Kim Kardashian is shown crying.
We see Kris sharing with the family, “We all have to be on the same page because it’s such a huge decision.” Kim, 40 shared during a confessional about KUWTK ending, “It was just the hardest conversation that we’ve ever had to have.” The teaser showed Khloe telling her crew members, “I think of you guys as my second family.” She said “I feel so exhausted,” in the confessional about sharing the news with her employees.
Kim was crying as she told Simon Huck during a video call, “We ended Keeping Up With the Kardashians.” Simon looked shocked at the news. Kris was also seen as being emotional as she was talking to someone on the phone, “It’s hard. It’s just hard,” while Khloe asks her “Oh my god are you crying again?”
Kris, 65 had collaborated with Executive Producer Ryan Seacrest to make this show in 2007. She truly seems to be struggling to say goodbye to the series. This show truly assisted her daughters in becoming famous and successful. Kim became a billionaire this year with her brands KKW Beauty and SKIMS solution wear. Kris obviously has a unique place in her heart for this series as it has seen her family’s love life, wild situations, and the love they have for each other.
Kris was seen having dinner with Kyle Richards with whom she shared, “It’s just hard to think about the end. So many things are ending. And I just keep asking myself, did we make the right decision?” The first video has already aired in the series which showed Kris confessing that sharing the news with the crew was the hardest thing she had ever done.
KUWTK is ending but the family is not ready to say goodbye to the small screen. The Kardashians and The Jenners will create exclusive content for Hulu as was announced by the streaming platform in December, last year. Hulu had tweeted, “Announced today at Disney’s Investor Day, Kris, Kim Kourtney, Khloe, Kendall, and Kylie will create global content, which will stream exclusively on Hulu in the U.S. and in multiple territories on Star internationally. Expected debut is late 2021 and additional details will be shared when available.” The family may be ending their chapter with KUWTK but they are looking forward to the new chapter with Hulu.
Andy Cohen shared on Instagram that The Final Curtain which is the show’s reunion is already being taped. Andy shared, “It’s a doozy. We are going there. No ground rules. Nothing’s off-limits. It’s on!”
