Kelly Osbourne was asked to comment about rumors that the reality show was making a comeback and she responded.
The Osbournes made Kelly Osbourne famous when she appeared in the reality show with her family in 2002. Osbourne shared with HollywoodLife if the show would be rebooted. She said in an interview, “It wouldn’t be The Osbournes if we weren’t all on it. In all honesty, I thought these conversations were put to one side and today is the first I’m hearing of it, so I don’t know if it’s — and I haven’t spoken to anyone — so I don’t know if it’s media making it up, or if it’s real. In early February we were in talks but then we all decided maybe we’re not ready for it and we kind of stopped and so, as far as I knew, the conversations had stopped until today when they said that in the media, so I have to find out myself. I don’t know. It could really be happening.” Osbourne seemed very excited while sharing the news.
Sharon Osbourne has also previously shared with HollywoodLife that the 68-year-old has been discussing bringing the family show back for their fans.
Sharon had shared in the interview, “We’ve gone back and forth and back and forth on it. You never say never.” The Osbournes! was broadcasted on MTV from 2002 to 2005. The show introduced Ozzy, his manager and wife Sharon, and two kids, Jack and Kelly to the world. The show did not feature Aimee Osbourne, their first daughter.
In case the show comes back, fans will get to experience a completely different Kelly who claimed to HollywoodLife that she felt like a different person now that she has dropped 90 pounds.
She continued during the interview, “I’m just starting to realize, you know how … unless you see someone in person you don’t really know what their body looks like? It was kind of like that for me in the sense that I didn’t realize how small my frame actually was. I fit into 12 to 13-year-olds clothing, so I have to get a lot of my t-shirts from the children’s section, and trying to find stores that have a good petite section is hard.”
Osbourne shared she loved shopping in TopShop but often struggled to find pants that gave her a good fit. She said, “I had to cut a foot off and then if I don’t do that or find ones that are meant to be cut above the ankle then they’ll be full length on me. I really struggle to find things that fit me, but I also had this whole body dysmorphia thing where it was like, ‘You can’t wear a dress. You can’t shave your legs. You can’t do this.’ And I actually got styled the other day and they put me in a pink dress and I was like, ‘Oh, this is nice!’ So I’m finally leaving my little prison of you can’t wear that kind of thing and exploring my options and it’s fun.”
